Note: All shipping times are an estimate, not a guarantee. While we do our best to deliver within the expected timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as carrier issues, weather conditions, etc.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation.
During high volume periods such as holidays or special promotions, processing may take up to 10-15 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Upon request we are willing and ready to assist you with any concerns; and provide you with any additional information.


Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are sourced directly from our brand partners and are clearly labeled on the product page.

  • Payment is processed at checkout.
  • Orders are placed with our partners within 5-7 business days.
  • Please allow additional days for processing before shipment.

Note: If a pre-order item becomes unavailable, you will be contacted and offered a full refund or alternative.

Pre-order Items:

Processing Time: Estimated dispatch order time time is 5-7 business days.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on our delivery address. 

Domestic (Canada)

  • Standard: Set by Delivery Address 
  • Promotion: FREE SHIPPING orders over $99.99

International (United States)

  • Standard: Set by Delivery Address 


Shipping & Return Considerations

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.

  • In the rare event your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at padelpluscanada@gmail.com with your order number. 

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
