1. What is Padel?

Padel is the fastest growing sport in the world! It combines elements of tennis and squash.

Typically played in doubles on an enclosed court about one-third the size of a tennis court, with glass walls that the ball can bounce off keeping the play alive.

It’s beginner friendly, fun to play, and great for all ages and skill levels!

2. How do I know which racket is right for me?

Choosing the right racket depends on your playing style, skill level and personal preference.

  • Beginners often prefer round rackets for more control
  • Intermediate players may choose droplet shapes for a balance of power and control
  • Advanced players tend to use diamond shaped rackets for maximum power

Lighter rackets are easier to handle and control. While heavier rackets are more suitable for power shots.

3. What does “Pre-Order” mean?

Pre-order items are sourced directly from our brand partners and are clearly labeled on the product page.

4. What is the difference between "OUTLET" and "ON SALE"?

At Padel Plus, we offer multiple ways to shop premium padel gear at great value.

Outlet: Features brand new rackets from previous seasons, offered at reduced prices to make room for the latest collections.

On Sale: Features select rackets across all collections available at a promotional price.

Note: Some rackets may appear in both. We're always working to bring you the best value, year round.

5. What if my package is lost, late or damaged?

Please contact us through email as soon as possible.

Include your order number and any photos (if applicable), and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
