1. What is Padel?

Padel is the fastest growing sport in the world! It combines elements of tennis and squash.

Typically played in doubles on an enclosed court about one-third the size of a tennis court, with glass walls that the ball can bounce off keeping the play alive.

It’s beginner friendly, fun to play, and great for all ages and skill levels!

2. How do I know which racket is right for me?

Choosing the right racket depends on your playing style, skill level and personal preference.

  • Beginners often prefer round rackets for more control
  • Intermediate players may choose teardrop shapes for a balance of power and control
  • Advanced players tend to use diamond shaped rackets for maximum power

Lighter rackets are easier to handle and control. While heavier rackets are more suitable for power shots.

3. What does “Pre-Order” mean?

"Pre-order" means you're buying a product that’s already on its way to us.

It's scheduled to arrive soon, and by pre-ordering, you’re reserving your item before it sells out!

4. What does "Request Order" mean?

“Request order” lets you reserve a spot in our next order for that product.

7. Can I return or exchange a product if it doesn't meet my expectations?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on most items, as long as they're approved by us, unused and in original packaging.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

8. What if my package is lost, late or damaged?

Please contact us through email as soon as possible.

Include your order number and any photos (if applicable), and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
