Refund & Returns Policy
At Padel Plus, we take pride in offering premium padel gear and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any return requests made after this 14 day period.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email and send us pictures of your order at padelpluscanada@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and confirm whether it is approved.

Once approved, you may ship the item(s) to the return address provided.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unmarked, in brand new condition

Returned in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included

Shipped at the customer’s expense
Note: We do not cover return shipping costs.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened padel ball tubes
-
Used padel rackets, shoes, accessories or apparel

Any item showing signs of wear, use, or damage
Restocking Fee for Opened Items
If an item has been opened but remains unused and unworn, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Note: This excludes padel ball tubes, which are not eligible for return once opened.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-14 business days.
Please allow additional time for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
